Job Title : Business Analyst IT company Requirement
Educational Requirement : Bachelors in Computer Science/Business Management
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years object-oriented experience, One year of those using SQL Server, MS Visio, Agile/Waterfall methodology in Windows Environment. Two years’ experience performing progressively more complex and responsible IT tasks spanning all phases of systems development. Two years’ experience in Designed
and implemented consistent, streamlined software release procedures incorporating agile methodology. Analyze the various components of the enterprise, including but not limited to components dealing with Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Human Resources, Production etc.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Basel Rules Governance and the expansion of the US Regulatory Requirements & Governance Team into Basel Reporting
- Coordinate with RWA GPO, FRSS, Technology, Operations, Regional Reporting and Data Services teams
- Deep working knowledge of US Regulatory Reporting Requirements in the Basel space (Basel III), US Regulatory Reporting and an understanding of various banking products
- Work on implementation of the 14 BCBS 239 principles, especially on Data architecture and IT infrastructure and Risk data aggregation
- Lead analysis and interpretation of new and/or changed requirements with respect to the Federal Reserve, FFIEC and OCC regulatory filings and agree requirement changes with RWA GPO/Treasury
- Review changes to contract and reference meta-data specifications with RRI (Responsible Research & Innovation) Technology and provide Regulatory SME input to data standards, data quality, and data modeling teams to ensure Record to Report (R2R) solution continues to align with the Regulatory Reporting requirements
- Analyze and design Trade and Risk management modules to optimize system infrastructure using AVS, JVS, J2EE
- Design customized solutions for trade and risk management domain including capital and commodities market (IRS, FX Swaps, Swaps, Swaption, Options, Credit Default Swaps, Bonds, Loan Deposits) using TRM solutions, Risk Reporting (PnL, VaR, Greeks)
- Analyze and customize OpenLink Endur using AVS, JVS, FpML, MS SQL Server and Shell scripting; Implement regulatory reporting in compliance with US Dodd Frank
- Extract ESSBASE reports and ensure the accuracy of the reports
- Data Flow build into Axiom, Vision and other Regulatory Reporting tools and the RRDW (Risk and Regulatory Data Warehouse)
- Analysis using SAS, Business Intelligence, Excel, Power Point, Data Architecture
- Schema Diagram, Data Flow and Data warehousing for Regulatory reporting purposes
